Eve Essentials journey began with a young, sustainably conscious 13-year-old girl named Aadhya. When Aadhya first experienced her periods, she noticed that using pads caused her rashes and discomfort. Concerned, she voiced her issue to her mother, only to learn that traditional pads were the only commonly available option.

Determined to find a better solution, Aadhya reached out to one of our mentor at STEM Education. Together, they spent months brainstorming and researching alternatives. The pandemic provided them with additional time to explore the subject deeply. As the discussions progressed, Aadhya's parents also joined the initiative, turning it into a family-driven mission.

During their research, they approached several companies, but the breakthrough came when they connected with Sasmira, a company dedicated to sustainable solutions. Collaborating with Sasmira helped them develop a fabric that was comfortable, skin-friendly, and eco-conscious. After months of testing different materials, they finalized a unique combination of other three fabrics to create a reusable, washable period panty that is both effective and gentle on the skin.
